ABOUT ME
Who I Am:
A kid from the burbs who found a career in advertising on account of never being very good at manual labor.
Who I’m Not:
Mariah Carey
But Seriously:
I have over eleven years of professional writing, creative directing and strategic experience under my belt, and about 25 of non-professional. Since the first day I could competently hold a pencil.
I started my career as an editor, but what seems like one million years later, I have written copy, developed strategies, and created campaigns for some of the biggest brands on the planet, across TV, digital, OOH, social, print and experiential. I was always afraid that a career in being creative would eventually make me sick of it, but on the contrary, I love it more and more every day.
When I’m Not CREATING:
I’m always creating. Either that or I’m reading. Or watching. Or listening. I’m a self-described “content junkie,” which has resulted in knowledge of vast amounts of mostly trivial information and an ability to speak through a seemingly unlimited number of voices and mediums.
When I’m not adding a touch of art to brand messaging, I’m digging into my latest screenwriting project, working on my 1-2 in the boxing gym, being a punk on my skateboard or taking my Sony A7 for a spin around town. I’m also an amateur hip hop artist, but that’s a story for in person.
Who I’ve Worked With:
My work over the years has crossed the spectrum. I’ve written, concepted and created for brands such as: Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bausch + Lomb, Amazon, Fannie Mae, The Kings of Leon, AXE Bodyspray, Gatorade, Carnival Cruise Lines, Best Buy, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Burger King, Weight Watchers, Aflac, HBO, Juice Generation and Starwood Hotels.
What I Can Do For You:
Attack any project I’m assigned with focus and creativity. I will continuously own projects, mentor creative teams and impress clients. No matter what the task or brief, I am confident in my ability to succeed, using both my talent and love of making things that I have fostered over years of experience. I have the drive to apply what I do know, the will to learn what I don’t know, and the passion that brings it all together.
